(James 3:10 NKJV) Out of the same mouth proceed blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not to be so.
Do you ever find yourself some days being happy and uplifting, loving everything, having a great big smile on your face that no body can wipe off? Then on other days you're feeling like nothing is good, everything is coming against you and seems like nothing is going right.
Well it happens to us all at times and it can be a hard thing to overcome and to change the way we feel when we are in it. A lot of times it is just that; "our feelings."
Feelings are a funny thing. It's up to us to let God help us to come out of the times when we feel down. It takes work on our end as well. How we feel determines what comes out of our mouths. If we are feeling good, then we have good things to say. If we are feeling down, then a lot of times the things we say and think are going to be not so good, negative and can cause others to join us in our misery.
God wants us to be a blessing and to be saying good things all the time. I know it sounds hard to think we can't have a single day to just be miserable. It's a mindset that we may have to change in us.
It's not OK to be miserable. There is no scripture in the Bible that says, for the 8Th day of every month, God allows so and so to be grumpy, miserable and can curse whoever he or she desires. NO it doesn't exist! So therefore we must wipe it right out of our thinking process.
Let's be a blessing to others!!
