John 5:30 (NKJV) 30 I can of Myself do nothing. As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is righteous, because I do not seek My own will but the will of the Father who sent Me<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

It was through His Father that Jesus\u00a0did all that He did. The Son of God said of Himself that He could do nothing.\u00a0Amazing!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

What does that tell us? That of ourselves we can do\u00a0nothing. If Jesus could do nothing without His Father, then how could we\u00a0possibly do things without Him?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

We need God!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

How do we get Him?\u00a0We go through His Son. That is the only way to the\u00a0Father.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

John 14:6 (NKJV) 6 Jesus said to him, \u201cI am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Jesus Christ, His Son, made the way. It was not easy. It was a very hard road for Him. It took a humble heart and the sacrificing of His own will.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

When people think about Jesus and His sacrifice, they\u00a0think of what He did for\u00a0us on the\u00a0cross. Yes, that was the ultimate sacrificial act done for all mankind; Giving up of His life for each one of us.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

But, before His physical death that took place on the cross, He had already sacrificed something very personal; His WILL.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Everything Jesus did, everything that was recorded and more, was of His\u00a0Father’s will.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

In this journey we are on as Believers, there will come a time in our life where we will want the Father’s will to be done more than we want our own. We will develop\u00a0a hunger for it and that will be what moves us.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

This is a place that is very dear, because we\u00a0override\u00a0our\u00a0wants, desires, needs, etc. and wait patiently for His will.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

God is working on His children and He is raising up an\u00a0army. This army will know the will of the Father and they will do what He asks, above and beyond what they think or know.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Together, His children will march to the beat of His heart\u00a0and do only His\u00a0will\u00a0through the strength of His Son, Jesus Christ and our\u00a0Helper, the Holy Spirit. Amen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
