Psalm 50:15 (NKJV) 15 Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

One of the biggest mistakes we can make as believers is to try to solve all of our problems on our own.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

So many times, when we get into a situation that\u2019s troublesome or problematic, we totally forget that we have a Father who\u00a0wants<\/em>\u00a0us to go to Him for help. And we try to face it on our own.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

It\u2019s a natural reaction for most of us to jump right into action and start problem solving. But God wants us to go to Him first, before we jump into action. In fact, when we\u00a0do<\/em>\u00a0jump into action, the first thing we should do as part of our problem-solving steps is to ask Him for His help!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

It can take some time for us to break free of our old ways and start doing things the way God wants us to. Habits are hard to break.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

But if we will let God help us break this one, it will help make our lives easier, more enjoyable and, most importantly, more God-pleasing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

So, let\u2019s learn to put God first, even in our problems. Let Him lead the way through the darkness and out into the light, where we can give Him all of the honor and glory for delivering us. Amen<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
