Isaiah 55:9 (NKJV) 9 \u201cFor as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Have you ever stopped and wondered why there are so many people who just plain refuse to acknowledge that God is real?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Most of the time it\u2019s because they just can\u2019t understand Him.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Oh, it\u2019s not really that they can\u2019t understand <\/em>Him. It\u2019s more that they can\u2019t comprehend how He could be real.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

They can\u2019t fathom how He could speak the world into existence. They can\u2019t understand how He could make a man from dirt and breathe life into him. They can\u2019t grasp the fact that He made everything that we see, hear and smell.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

It just doesn\u2019t make sense to them! And because it doesn\u2019t make sense to them, they refuse to accept it as truth.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

The problem is that they are trying to understand it with their natural minds. They are trying to grasp Someone who is bigger than their minds can think. So, in their minds, it can\u2019t possibly be true or real.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

And that\u2019s because He is bigger than our minds! Not a single one of us can truly comprehend God with our natural minds. But the cool part is that He doesn\u2019t ask us to.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Instead, He reveals Himself to us by His spirit. And it is only by Him <\/em>that we can see past our finite minds and see the infinite possibilities that He is who He says He is!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

And it\u2019s important that we remember that this applies to every one of us. Had God not revealed Himself to us, we would be just as blind as the unbeliever and the scoffer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

It is by His grace and mercy that we are called His children. Amen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
