John 6:37 (NKJV) 37 All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Learning to accept each other, before God does a work in us, is hard. But, Jesus does just that.<\/p>\n

He says, “come”!<\/p>\n

He doesn\u2019t say to wait and come when you have changed all your bad habits. He doesn\u2019t say to come when you are perfect. He says come now, just as we\u00a0are. And He will not cast us out.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

We have to learn to have the same heart as Christ; the same outlook. We can\u2019t look at people with a judging eye. We will\u00a0shut them out immediately because we will always find something. We will turn and walk away with an attitude saying, \u201cwe are not going to associate with them until they get it right”.<\/p>\n

OK, get WHAT right? Who are we to talk about getting things right? What\u2019s our story before Christ saved us?<\/p>\n

I bet we can all share some ugly things.\u00a0You know what\u2019s ugly and hurtful in God\u2019s eyes? It’s not our dirt. It\u2019s not our story. It\u2019s how we treat others.<\/p>\n

When someone needs Him and we shut them down, because we don\u2019t like their life style, their attitude or their\u00a0looks, that\u2019s uglier\u00a0than\u00a0anything else!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Our own hearts have to\u00a0change. We must open up and let God help us to know such a love, such patience, and such discerning that we too can act correctly when we see someone doing wrong; someone struggling with a weakness or temptation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

We need the heart of God moving through us if we want to help others.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

We challenge you today, the next time you see someone doing something other than what we know to be right, go to God and ask for direction as to how we can be of some help.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Helping may simply be praying for them. Other times it may mean reaching out and speaking up. But, never give up on them. God is faithful to help us all, no matter who we are or what we have been through.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
