2 Corinthians 5:7 (NKJV) 7 For we walk by faith, not by sight.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Do we pout when God asks us to do something or go somewhere, and it\u2019s not what we wanted to do or where we wanted to go?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Pouting with God does not make Him change His plans. Sorry. He will just find someone else that will be willing to do it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

But, remember, He would have preferred the person He asked first to do it, for many reasons.<\/p>\n

One reason may be that He equipped and prepared them already for the task, and that took time. Now, asking someone else may cause a delay.<\/p>\n

Another reason may be that the person that He has to ask now is being pulled from their post in order to do someone\u00a0else’s\u00a0task.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

If God is tugging on our heart to come and take a step of faith in a direction we have never gone before, we shouldn’t walk away, pout, or try to fit it into our plans and our preferences. Just take the step into the unknown and see what amazing things He will pull out of it all!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Psalm 100:3 (NKJV) 3 Know that the Lord, He is God; It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; We are His people and the sheep of His pasture.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Be honored to serve Him in such a way, and let fulfillment\u00a0and joy\u00a0come from it all.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
