1 Peter 1:24-25 (NKJV) 24 because \u201cAll flesh is as grass, And all the glory of man as the flower of the grass. The grass withers,\u00a0And\u00a0its flower falls away, 25 But the word of the Lord endures forever.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Our flesh, like the grass, withers<\/em> away. And the glory of men falls<\/em> away. The only thing that endures forever is the word of the Lord! Amen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

We don\u2019t need to put so much emphasis on becoming something or someone great! If it happens, then so be it. But let’s not knock ourselves out trying to make it happen.<\/p>\n

All God asks from us is to be ourselves, who He made us, through Christ\u2019s redeeming blood.<\/p>\n

If we are going to put emphasis on anything, put it into working hard at following the Lord\u2019s commandments. That is what matters most to Him.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

We need to learn how to allow His Spirit to move in us each day. He is our Helper. He gives us power, strength and the love we need to walk out His commandments accordingly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

We can do nothing without Him. We need\u00a0to be connected if we hope to bear fruit.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

John 15:5 (NKJV) 5 \u201cI am the\u00a0vine,\u00a0you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.<\/p>\n

Let’s get close to our heavenly Daddy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
