1 John 4:20 (NKJV) 20 If someone says, \u201cI love God,\u201d and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

While I was out running errands the other day, I was in my car and saw someone I knew, from a distance. They were walking toward their car in the parking lot I had pulled into.<\/p>\n

Feeling annoyed just knowing that it was them, I put my head down so I wouldn\u2019t make eye contact and I wouldn\u2019t have to wave to them. Then I continued on with the rest of my day.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

A few days later,\u00a0I saw\u00a0the same person again. And\u00a0I immediately got all funny and weird in my attitude.\u00a0I could tell something wasn\u2019t right.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

God began to speak to me, saying, \u201cwhy don\u2019t you want them to see you or you to see them?\u201d.<\/p>\n

I said, \u201cLord, I don\u2019t really know, other than the fact that\u00a0they irk me for some reason”.<\/p>\n

He said to me, \u201cI say to love your brother, and if you don\u2019t love them then how can you love me?\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

My words were short, for once in my life.<\/p>\n

I sat there for a moment and then said, \u201cYes Lord,\u00a0You\u00a0are right.\u00a0I’m sorry.\u00a0I will make things right the next time I see them”.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

You know, sometimes we don\u2019t even realize what we are doing\u00a0until God shows us right when we are doing it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

I know I\u2019m not perfect, and there are things I need to work on every day.<\/p>\n

But, when God points something out, it\u2019s time we make things right in that area. It\u2019s those little things\u00a0we need to pay attention to, because that is our moment and that little thing means a lot to God. There\u2019s something we must see and learn.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
