1 Corinthians 15:57 (NKJV) 57 But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Christmas\u00a0has passed once again, and the hustle and bustle of the season is winding down.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

As things settle down, many people will once again be face to face with their situations, no longer being distracted with the Christmas and\u00a0holiday festivities.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

This can be a sobering dose of reality for some.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

It doesn\u2019t matter who you are, where you live or what your past has been like. Right now, here in this exact moment, you are faced with things that can be a bit scary for you.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

You\u2019ve done your best to pretend it isn\u2019t real. You\u2019ve spent countless hours during the past weeks, or maybe even months, pondering on the \u201cwhat ifs\u201d, the unforeseen\u00a0possibilities of your situation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

And yet, no matter how much pondering and wondering you have done, it has gained you nothing. It has not gotten you answers, and it hasn\u2019t laid your fears and concerns to rest.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

But here is what you need to know today, right now; your victory doesn\u2019t lie in what you see, think or feel. It lies in the One who breathed life into your lungs and gave your heart its beating rhythm.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Our lives will never be perfect. We will go through valleys and dance on mountaintops. And we will spend countless days somewhere in between.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

But in the end, He holds everything in His hands.\u00a0So,\u00a0who are we to spend our days fretting and worrying?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Matthew 6:34 (NKJV) 34\u00a0Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

This is not a message to hype you up. Nor it is a message to make light of your situation. But it\u00a0is<\/em>\u00a0a\u00a0message\u00a0to give you hope, and to let you know that no matter what direction your life takes you, you are safe in the Hands of the One who loves you more than your mind can ever comprehend.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

So, rest your mind. Stop fretting. Stop trying to figure it all out.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Give it to Him. Then listen to His voice and do what He tells you to do, whether it seems like something major or something small and seemingly insignificant.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

We may not see the victory right away. We may not even know what victory means in our given situation. But it\u00a0will<\/em>\u00a0come, in\u00a0God\u2019s\u00a0way and in His timing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

John 16:33 (NKJV) 33\u00a0These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world<\/span>.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
