Ecclesiastes 3:6 (NKJV) 6 A time to gain, And a time to lose; A time to keep, And a time to throw away…<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

The changing of seasons is very much a part of our lives. We can be on top of a mountain one day and in the valley the very next.<\/p>\n

We all go through it. Some people just know how to keep a smile on their face, even in tragedy and loss, but they still feel the sting.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Can we\u00a0maybe remember a time in our lives when everything seemed good? We had a good job, and\u00a0we had a good income. We were saving money and paying cash for things. We had\u00a0no debt, no payments. Just good living. Our family got along.\u00a0Everything flowed nicely.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

And then something came along, and it hit us hard,\u00a0wiped it all out, and we stood there wondering what just happened.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Life! That\u2019s what happened. Life is made up of seasons. And we can learn a great deal from each one.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

In order to make it through this life\u00a0without getting beat down, we\u00a0need to look at things differently.<\/p>\n

We are going to lose things and people\u00a0in some seasons of our lives, and we are going to gain in some seasons.\u00a0But no matter what season we are in, we can be content if we keep our heart and eyes on the One who keeps<\/em> us\u00a0content, Our Father, Lord and Provider.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

He knows what season we are facing right now. He knows what we need to get through. Lean on Him. He will strengthen us.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Psalm 119:28 (NKJV) 28 My soul melts from heaviness; Strengthen me according to Your word.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
