Ephesians 5:19-20 (NKJV) 19 speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord, 20 giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

This kind of behavior comes with letting God\u2019s Spirit be alive and able to freely move in us.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

We cannot do this on our own. Sometimes our flesh is not in the mood to sing or make melody. It is not in the mood to thank God or praise Him.<\/p>\n

This verse comes up in us when the Holy Spirit takes precedence in our actions. And in order for this to happen, we have to give Him\u00a0priority.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

We have to put our emotions aside, and anything else that is trying to keep us in the wrong mood.<\/p>\n

Our light will not shine through mood swings. But as we let our Helper, the Holy Spirit, not only live in us, but move within us, then God will be glorified!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Matthew 5:16 (NKJV) 16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
