Exodus 3:14 (NKJV) 14 And God said to Moses, \u201cI AM WHO I AM.\u201d And He said, \u201cThus you shall say to the children of Israel, \u2018I AM has sent me to you.\u2019 \u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

If there is one thing that I have learned about God, it is this; He is who He is, and what we think about it doesn’t really matter.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Whether or not we like some of the things He does doesn\u2019t sway or change Him. He has His ways, and, most importantly, He has His reasons for doing what He does the way He does it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

We would probably all like to see Him do some things differently. But if we truly understand who He is, we will stop questioning what He does, why He does it and how He does it. And we will also stop questioning His timing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

We know in part. We have limited understanding of who He is and why He does certain things. But His ways are higher than our ways and His thoughts are higher than our thoughts.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Isaiah 55:9 (NKJV) 9 \u201cFor as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

So, it\u2019s safe to say that we won\u2019t always understand Him completely.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

But that\u2019s OK. He doesn\u2019t expect us to understand everything. He just wants us to trust Him and follow Him as He leads us.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

And when we can start doing that, letting Him be God, while we work on the trusting and obeying Him, we will all be much better off. And our walk with Him will flourish.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
