Psalm 63:6-7 (NKJV) 6 When I remember You on my bed, I meditate on You in the night watches. 7 Because You have been my help,\u00a0Therefore\u00a0in the shadow of Your wings I will rejoice.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

What are we meditating on today?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Are we so worried that we don\u2019t have any room in our heart or minds\u00a0to meditate on God or on the pure things, the good things in that\u00a0day?<\/p>\n

Worry and fretting is a tactic the enemy will use against us to stop us in our tracks. We will not move forward if we are constantly worrying and fretting over things, or situations.<\/p>\n

We will be in a constant battle, trying to find answers to comfort ourselves in our situation and ease the fear within us.<\/p>\n

When our relationship with God is tight, we will learn over time that if there is something wrong and we need more understanding, or if we need to do something about a situation we are facing, we will often know in advance that it was coming and that God has a plan to take care of it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

But, if we allow worry to distract us, it will not allow us to know the plan and we will grow more and more fearful, worried and frustrated.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Remember that it is up to us to pick and choose what or Who we want to meditate on,\u00a0to know where our help comes from and to rejoice in Him! Amen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
