Galatians 5:14 (NKJV) 14 For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this: \u201cYou shall love your neighbor as yourself.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Love your neighbor.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Jesus said this was second only to loving God.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Loving God is easy. Loving others, though? Now that can be a challenge for all of us at times.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

People can test us in every way possible. And when certain types of people start pushing our buttons, we have to rely heavily on the Holy Spirit to keep us loving them and not wanting to lash out at them and spew hatred.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

The times in which we are living are especially difficult. The enemy is trying his best to divide and conquer. Nothing is \u201cnormal\u201d anymore.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Some days it looks like he is winning, I will admit. But I know that God is on the throne and He is still in control of it all.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

There are some things that just need to play out, and they can be painful to watch sometimes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

But our call is to keep loving people and letting God guide our every step. And that is exactly what I intend to do, even when it\u2019s difficult to carry out.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

No, none of us will ever\u00a0hit it perfectly all the time. And sometimes we may miss it badly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

But if our spirit is willing, and our heart longs to please God, we will keep pushing forward and doing what\u00a0we know\u00a0is right overall.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Love your neighbor as yourself.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
