We all understand seasons when it comes to the time of year. Natural seasons are easy to see as they come and they go.<\/p>\n
Seasons in our lives are a little different. Sometimes they are harder to discern and understand. One thing is for sure, though, life is a continuing parade of changing seasons and the better we understand that, the easier it becomes to move from one season into another.<\/p>\n
God is always faithful to give us signs when a new season is approaching. As we draw closer to Him we will begin to know what to look for.<\/p>\n
Sometimes it’s something as simple as a feeling of discontent or an understanding that we no longer have grace for something that we have been doing for a time. Other times it’s not that easy and we need to be acutely aware of what the Spirit of God is telling us in more subtle ways.<\/p>\n
We can always be sure, no matter what season of our life that we’re in, that trying to stay in an old season when we’re supposed to be transitioning into a new one can be very harmful to us and those around us.<\/p>\n
So let’s learn to discern the seasons in our lives and then learn how to make those seasonal transitions as smoothly as we can, with God’s leading.<\/p>\n
