Matthew 12:33 (NKJV) 33 \u201cEither make the tree good and its fruit good, or else make the tree bad and its fruit bad; for a tree is known by its fruit<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

A tree is known by\u00a0its\u00a0fruit.<\/p>\n

These are words to teach us and help us discern the good from the bad.<\/p>\n

Jesus shared this to let us know that He can’t always be there to protect us and save us from people that have bad fruit.<\/p>\n

He shows us what to watch out for.<\/p>\n

When we see someone with\u00a0bad fruits, and they are okay with those bad fruits, that can tell us a lot. We need to see these things and move very carefully before getting into a relationship or friendship with them. Bad trees bear bad fruit.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Now, no one is perfect, so there is a balance.<\/p>\n

We have to be careful not to walk away from those people that have bad habits. They may be\u00a0sincerely<\/strong><\/em> trying hard to change<\/p>\n

Sometimes it takes\u00a0time to see the fruit from the changes they’re trying to make.<\/p>\n

There is a difference.<\/p>\n

The difference between the two types is that one will love what they are doing and couldn’t care\u00a0less\u00a0about changing.<\/p>\n

The other will be asking for advice, asking for\u00a0prayer\u00a0and trying to make the right changes. They just are struggling because they\u00a0haven’t\u2019 quite gotten a handle on it yet, and they fall short at times.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Pray for those today that are sincerely trying to change the fruit that they bear, but may be struggling at times.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

James 5:16 (NKJV) 16 Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.<\/p>\n

Our prayers are powerful through the blood of Jesus!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
