Luke 1:34 (NKJV) 34 Then Mary said to the angel, \u201cHow can this be, since I do not know a man?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

In verse 31 of this chapter,\u00a0an angel came to Mary and told her that she would\u00a0conceive in her womb and bring forth a Son, and His name would be Jesus.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

How can this be?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Notice that Mary did not ask if this could be. She wanted to know how, expressing her concerns based on her current situation. How can this be, seeing that I have not been with a man?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Her intellect was trying to understand all of this. She believed God could do it.\u00a0She was just curious as to how.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Luke 1:38 (NKJV) 38 Then Mary said, \u201cBehold the maidservant of the Lord! Let it be to me according to your word.\u201d And the angel departed from her.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

There will be\u00a0things in life that we will not necessarily understand how they\u00a0can happen if we look at them\u00a0based on our own understanding.<\/p>\n

But God is able to do above and beyond all that we know!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Maybe we are in a certain season right now, and we feel completely lost\u00a0and don\u2019t know how things are going to turn around.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Remember this one verse;\u00a0\u201cLet it be according to your word\u201d!<\/p>\n

God knows how and when to carry out\u00a0His plans in our lives. We just have to make sure\u00a0we don\u2019t get stuck in the uncertainties.<\/p>\n

If we can learn to do this, we will watch it be birthed. A miracle is easy for Him!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Make sure that we don\u2019t get stuck in the \u201chow can it be?\u201d.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s\u00a0OK to ask.\u00a0But be sure to trust God to do whatever it is He is showing us.\u00a0Then we need to continue to take the necessary steps to get there, or keep on believing Him even if we don\u2019t see any steps in front of us to take.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Have faith.\u00a0If Mary did not believe in what the angel spoke to her on that day, she would not have been the one to give birth to our savior.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

If God is saying something to us, and we don\u2019t quite understand how it can be, don\u2019t doubt Him. Ask Him to give you the understanding, and let Him do it His way and in His timing. Amen<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
