The world is anything but stable, especially during the\u00a0times\u00a0we\u2019re currently living in.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Some days it seems like it can\u2019t possibly get any crazier.\u00a0But\u00a0it does.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

In times like what we\u2019re living in, we need to understand that there is only One who can bring stability; God, the Creator of everything we see.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Everything around us eventually withers, fades and dies.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

But God and His word stand forever.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

If we have placed our hope in the things or the people around us, we will be sorely disappointed as each one will eventually let us down in one way or another.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Things will break or fail. People can hurt us or let us down in various ways.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Our one true source of stability is God. Anything or anyone else will fade away just as the grass and the flowers mentioned in the verse above.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

But our God? He and His word will stand forever. Amen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
