(1 Cor 13:1-3 NKJV)\u00a0 Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal. {2} And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. {3} And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing.<\/p>\n
There are so many things we should do as believers and followers of Christ. We should give, we should help others, we should be kind, we should encourage.<\/p>\n
We can possess many spiritual gifts and use them all for the sake of the kingdom of God.<\/p>\n
We can reach out to people on a daily basis and do mighty works with our hands, our feet and our resources.<\/p>\n
But if we do any or all of these without love, they are meaningless in the eyes of God.<\/p>\n
Love can be a hard concept when we start to understand that we need to love without boundaries, without conditions and without any kind of prejudice or judgment whatsoever.<\/p>\n
But we are commanded to love!
