Matthew 27:51 (NKJV) 51 Then, behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom; and the earth quaked, and the rocks were split…<\/div>\n

The veil of the temple was a very heavy curtain that separated the Holy Place from the Holy of Holies (the most holy place).<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The veil being torn in two was not an act of man, but of God Himself. Its tearing represents the removal of any barriers between God and man, showing that Jesus\u2019 death made a way for believers to have direct access to God.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
We can go to God wherever we are. We can call on Him and He will hear us. We don’t need to go to or rely on another person to go to God for us.<\/div>\n

Jesus did this for us because He loved His Father and because He loves you and I. He went through the most painful death for us.<\/p>\n

He was crucified so we could have a meaningful, one-on-one relationship with the Father, through Him.<\/p>\n

John 14:6 (NKJV) 6 Jesus said to him, \u201cI am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

When I think of what Jesus and the Father did for us, their plan to save us, it humbles me to no end.<\/p>\n

I cannot fathom how anyone could have such a love. This love is so deep and beautiful. It\u2019s such a fulfilling love. It’s a love that longs for nothing but to obey with our whole being.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Matthew 22:37 (NKJV) 37 Jesus said to him, \u201c\u2018You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind<\/span>.\u2019<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
