Think carefully about the words we choose to say before we speak.<\/p>\n<p>Words are very powerful. If we are amongst those that are having a heated conversation, it&#8217;s OK to take time to think about what it is we need to say before we say anything. We always want to help the situation and not hurt it.<\/p>\n<p>We can&#8217;t\u00a0 be so\u00a0 eager to say whatever comes to mind at the moment; we need to think it through.
