Psalm 119:18 (NKJV) 18 Open my eyes that I may see wonderful things in your law.<\/p>\n

It’s important that we ask God to open our heart, through the ministry of the Holy Spirit, to the message of the scriptures. We need to understand what it is that He is showing us at times, so we’re not just reading for the sake of reading.<\/p>\n

His word is alive!<\/p>\n

We gain so much from reading, studying and spending time with Him.<\/p>\n

We can get so caught up in our own problems, and the problems of others, that we forget where the answers lie for those problems.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s exactly what the devil wants for us; to fail and to give up. He wants us to make the wrong choices and to head down a road of destruction. That is his goal for us.<\/p>\n

John 10:10 (NKJV) 10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full<\/span>.<\/p>\n

But if we allow God to open our eyes to His laws and His truth, He will teach us how to avoid the road of destruction, and we will be on a road of victory!<\/p>\n

The Holy Spirt will forever guide us through the scriptures and give us understanding in every area of our life.<\/p>\n

We must set our whole heart like a flint to seek Him and His wonderful law.<\/p>\n

Psalm 119:2 (NKJV) 2 Blessed are those who keep his statutes and seek him with all their heart\u2014<\/p>\n
