Hebrews 11:6 (NKJV) 6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.<\/p>\n

Over the years, I have come to understand how important this really is.<\/p>\n

Our faith is the key to every aspect of our walk with God.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s critical for us to recognize that this faith is not faith in ourselves. It is not faith in a person, such as a pastor or other church leader.<\/p>\n

And it isn\u2019t faith for the sake of having faith.<\/p>\n

Our faith must be solely, strongly rooted in God alone.<\/p>\n

And it is that kind of faith that is being referred to in the verse above.<\/p>\n

It is that kind of faith that will allow us to see God move in our lives. It is that kind of faith that will cause us to see miracles; true miracles that are life changing.<\/p>\n

This kind of faith is not meant to be on display on Sunday morning. It is not a mechanism by which we obtain social status.<\/p>\n

Jesus mentioned this kind of faith on several occasions. And in all these instances, people experienced miracles. Here is one of them.<\/p>\n

Mark 5:34 (NKJV) 34 And He said to her, \u201cDaughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be healed of your affliction<\/span>.\u201d<\/p>\n

On another occasion, a Roman centurion approached Jesus and asked Him to heal his servant but wanted Him to do so without even going to see the person in need of healing.<\/p>\n

Jesus was astounded at the man\u2019s great faith!<\/p>\n

Matthew 8:10 (NKJV) 10 When Jesus heard it, He marveled, and said to those who followed, \u201cAssuredly, I say to you, I have not found such great faith, not even in Israel<\/span>!<\/p>\n

It is this kind of faith in Him that God wants us to have; the kind of faith that trusts Him implicitly.<\/p>\n

So, we encourage you to seek God. Pursue Him with every fiber of your being, not so you can see miracles, but so you can see Him for who He is; the One who created everything we see. The one who breathed life into our lungs and created the rhythm of our heartbeats.<\/p>\n

And, yes, even the One who still does miracles each and every day.<\/p>\n

For without faith, it is impossible to please Him.<\/p>\n
