John 8:11 (NKJV) 11 She said, \u201cNo one, Lord.\u201d And Jesus said to her, \u201cNeither do I condemn you; go and sin no more<\/span>.\u201d<\/p>\n

How often throughout the day do we feel like we are being condemned?<\/p>\n

Maybe we did something terrible and we are truly sorry for what we did. Or maybe we said something that we wished we never said.<\/p>\n

Maybe we made a promise to someone that we could not keep and it eats away at us all day and night.<\/p>\n

We have asked for forgiveness and we have received it, but there’s still that part of us that feels awful about what we did.<\/p>\n

Sometimes, just as we need to ask forgiveness from God and from others that we have hurt, we also have to forgive ourselves for the things we’ve done. We have to stop condemning our own self.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s right.<\/p>\n

We can keep ourselves in a depressing state of guilt if we don\u2019t forgive ourselves for certain things.<\/p>\n

God loves us so much. And as we repent, He forgives us and does not condemn us. Knowing that, we shouldn’t hold ourselves in a place of guilt, shame and condemnation.<\/p>\n

Be free today. Forgive ourselves now and move forward. Amen.<\/p>\n
