Mark 1:3 (NKJV) 3 \u201cThe voice of one crying in the wilderness: \u2018Prepare the way of the Lord; Make His paths straight”.<\/p>\n

Centuries ago, John the Baptist showed up and began preaching, preparing the hearts of the people for the Messiah; the One who was still to come.<\/p>\n

John\u2019s message was unique, something that was new; a message compelling people to be baptized unto repentance, for the remission of their sins.<\/p>\n

Not long after, Jesus arrived and shared these words:<\/p>\n

Mark 1:15 (NKJV) 15 … \u201cThe time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel<\/span>.\u201d<\/p>\n

John baptized unto repentance. Jesus told people to repent.<\/p>\n

Now, thousands of years later, we want to share that same message; repent, for the kingdom of God is at hand.<\/p>\n

We are not insinuating that the world is about to end, but that the world is definitely in a terrible state, and that it is largely due to sin.<\/p>\n

The human condition has continued to decline. Increased sin is a sure sign of that.<\/p>\n

We are calling the church to repentance on a large scale. It is crucial that the bride of Christ recognizes the season in which we live.<\/p>\n

So, just as John the Baptist cried out in the wilderness, we too are crying out, \u201crepent\u201d!<\/p>\n

As our recent video<\/a> stated, many have left their first love. It\u2019s time to return to the One who loves us so much that He gave His life to offer us redemption.<\/p>\n

Come, church. Come back to Him and make Him your first love again.<\/p>\n

\u201cMake straight the way of the Lord\u201d.<\/p>\n
