Psalm 94:17-19 (NKJV) 17 Unless the Lord had been my help, My soul would soon have settled in silence. 18 If I say, \u201cMy foot slips,\u201d Your mercy, O Lord, will hold me up. 19 In the multitude of my anxieties within me, Your comforts delight my soul.<\/p>\n

No matter what we face in our lives, God is there with us.<\/p>\n

He is our refuge and our strength in times of trouble or distress (Psalm 46:1).<\/p>\n

In all of life\u2019s ups, downs, storms and battles, God is our source of hope.<\/p>\n

The things we face can often seem insurmountable. And sometimes they are if we fight them on our own, by our own strength and with our own understanding.<\/p>\n

Not every battle is easily won. In fact, some may very well feel like they will be our demise; our end.<\/p>\n

But if we look to God for our help, He will walk us through each situation step by step.<\/p>\n

As we allow Him to, He will give us understanding.<\/p>\n

And as we let Him, He will strengthen us when we are weak.<\/p>\n

He breathes new life into us as we surrender to Him.<\/p>\n

No matter what we are facing right now, God has the answer that we need.<\/p>\n

Sometimes that answer might not be what we are expecting. It might not even be what we want. But it is the right<\/em> answer.<\/p>\n

Isaiah 55:9 (NKJV) 9 \u201cFor as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts.<\/p>\n

We need to be careful not to reject His answer just because it isn\u2019t what we were expecting.<\/p>\n

Trust Him. Let Him show us what it is that we need to see, and tell us what we need to hear.<\/p>\n

And as we do this, we will see that His comforts will delight our soul.<\/p>\n
