Hebrews 2:18 (NKJV) 18 For in that He Himself has suffered, being tempted, He is able to aid those who are tempted.<\/p>\n

Jesus was tempted in all areas. And He remained sinless.<\/p>\n

Was it easy for Him?<\/p>\n

No. It was exceedingly painful at times. But because He was tempted, He knows what temptation involves and what it feels like. And He can sympathize with us.<\/p>\n

You see, if you don\u2019t go through things yourself, you can\u2019t really help others. If you don\u2019t understand what they are dealing with, you can\u2019t walk them through it.<\/p>\n

Jesus understands.<\/p>\n

Some of us today are being tempted repeatedly, to the point where we are about ready to just give in so it will stop.<\/p>\n

But, remember that we have dwelling in us Him who helps us not to give in.<\/p>\n

He is our rock, our strength. He is the giver of wisdom, and He will help us to discern and make right decisions.<\/p>\n

His strength is made perfect in our weakness, we just need to walk in it.<\/p>\n

2 Corinthians 12:9 (NKJV) 9 And He said to me, \u201cMy grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness<\/span>.\u201d Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.<\/p>\n

I say to whoever is struggling this moment with temptation, “you are not fighting it alone”.<\/p>\n

You have Someone who will aid you and help you to overcome it. Cry out for His help. Don’t be ashamed.<\/p>\n

Amen.<\/p>\n
