John 14:6 (NKJV) 6 Jesus said to him, \u201cI am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me<\/span>.<\/p>\n

John 14:6 is among my favorite Bible verses.<\/p>\n

Years ago, when I used to work in a wallpaper manufacturing plant, I would make a large rectangle out of tape on the front of my locker. That brown tape was a perfect place to write something with a black marker.<\/p>\n

So, I used it as a type of \u201cbillboard\u201d where I would share a scripture for anyone who cared to read it as they walked by.<\/p>\n

John 14:6 was the verse that I had up there for the longest time.<\/p>\n

I like it because it states emphatically that Jesus is the ONLY way to the Father. It is forthright in this declaration, with no wavering or room for other possibilities.<\/p>\n

I am the Way.<\/p>\n

This truth has slowly been chipped away at by false teachings and by the effects of secular society.<\/p>\n

Their efforts to negate or change this truth cannot make the truth go away. Nor can they actually change it.<\/p>\n

What they can<\/i> do is change people\u2019s perception of that truth, attempting to weaken it and cause people to doubt its legitimacy.<\/p>\n

This is an age-old trick of the enemy that dates all the way back to Eve in the garden of Eden.<\/p>\n

The enemy taunted Eve, \u201cHas God indeed said?”, causing her to question what she had been instructed to do by God Himself.<\/p>\n

We must be sure not to let that same enemy break our resolve and cause us to doubt what God has said.<\/p>\n

Jesus stated plainly that He is the only way to the Father.<\/p>\n

Any other claim is false; a deception of the enemy. And we need to treat it as such, exposing it as a lie and then separating ourselves from it.<\/p>\n

So, as the world propagates its deceptive lies and tells us that Jesus can\u2019t possibly be the only way, we must remember the truth. And we should hold fast to that truth with certainty, never giving doubt a place in our minds.<\/p>\n
