Revelation 3:19 (NKJV) 19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous and repent<\/span>.<\/p>\n

When God corrects us, it is because He loves us. He loves us more than we could ever know. And He will show us when we have done wrong.<\/p>\n

Whether it’s a big sin or little, in His eyes sin is sin. He will point it out.<\/p>\n

We must listen for that voice of correction and the promptings of the Holy Spirit just as much as we listen for His encouragement.<\/p>\n

The verse here says, be zealous (eager) to repent.<\/p>\n

If we don\u2019t deal with our sin, it will take us out.<\/p>\n

Sin is something that will eat away at our health, our marriage, the raising of our children correctly, our work performance, and anything we touch.<\/p>\n

Sin brings death and destruction if not dealt with.<\/p>\n

When we know what it is we are doing wrong, we should nip it quickly. Don’t play with it. Don’t flirt with it.<\/p>\n

We must repent and turn from it, getting our heart back on track.<\/p>\n

Amen.<\/p>\n
