Proverbs 22:6 (NKJV) 6 Train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart from it.<\/p>\n

Do you have a child who is going through some struggles?<\/p>\n

It hurts us as parents to watch our children hurt or struggle.<\/p>\n

The best thing we can do with our children is to be honest with them right from the start.<\/p>\n

Teach them what they need to know, and do not water it down.<\/p>\n

If we sugar coat things and try to protect and hide them from every little thing, it will be harder for them when they are faced with things that are difficult.<\/p>\n

Teach them how to lean on God. How to pray and walk by faith.<\/p>\n

Teach them where to go to get the help and guidance they need at times.<\/p>\n

If we invest this time into them as they grow up, they will be strong in their faith. And their life will be a success as they trust God and lean on Him.<\/p>\n

Amen.<\/p>\n
