Mark 11:25 (NKJV) 25 \u201c<\/span>And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

God wants us to forgive. There is <\/span>no question about it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

He does not want us to live with unforgiveness in our hearts. Unforgiveness will surely affect our hearts\u00a0if it is not dealt with.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

We must ask ourselves if there is someone or a situation that we need to forgive today? May the Holy Spirit show us.<\/span><\/p>\n

We <\/span>sometimes <\/span>have a way of pushing things down that hurt us, and never <\/span>dealing with the pain. But that pain will haunt us if we don’t deal with the root of it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

If this is you, there is no better time than right now to take a few minutes and pray this prayer. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Dear God,<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

I have been hurt <\/span>by, say the name of the person or situation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

It has crushed me, and I can no longer look at them the same. I <\/span>don\u2019t want to be around them or in the same place with them.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m hurting and I can\u2019t stop this pain I feel. This disappointment that lives in my heart is there all the time. I have pushed it down for so long.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Today I want to let it go. I <\/span>don\u2019t want to walk around feeling broken any longer. Please, Lord, I need Your help in forgiving them and I want to be healed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

I know it <\/span>won\u2019t be easy, but I am willing to take the steps.\u00a0Help my broken heart get back to being healthy and strong again.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Forgive me, Lord, for holding any anger towards them. Today is a new day, and <\/span>I\u2019m ready to be free from it all. In Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

May God bless you and remember His promise to you.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
