Psalm 46:10 (NKJV) 10 Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!<\/p>\n

Be still and know that I am God.<\/p>\n

He has a way of calming us with His Word.<\/p>\n

What about this, Lord and what about that?<\/p>\n

Why am I going through this? Why do I feel scared?<\/p>\n

How are things going to turn out? When will the change come?<\/p>\n

I\u2019m tired, God. I\u2019m not going to make it, Lord.<\/p>\n

Lord, where are You?<\/p>\n

Oh, how we long at times to know things. How we long for answers.<\/p>\n

And when we don\u2019t get the answers, how we keep pushing for them.<\/p>\n

And what if we do get the answer and it is not what we expected?<\/p>\n

Will it cause us to stop moving forward? \u00a0Cause us to faint and not trust?<\/p>\n

Maybe we don\u2019t know things because we are not quite ready for the answer.<\/p>\n

Sometimes what we are facing will cause us to be still.<\/p>\n

We must stop worrying. Stop trying to make up an answer. Stop trying to keep things going on our own. Stop trying to be who we are not. Stop trying to put on a good show.<\/p>\n

We can face our situation and know that God will help us through it. Obey His direction and trust Him through the journey.<\/p>\n

As we obey. He will work it out. He will bring victory. Things will change!<\/p>\n

Let us be still, knowing that He is God.<\/p>\n

Amen.<\/p>\n
