James 4:8 (NKJV) 8 Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.<\/p>\n

We want to start this devotional today by having you take a few minutes to ponder on the words, \u201cI’ll be OKAY.\u201d<\/p>\n

Are we doubting decisions we have made, leading us to be confused as to why things are the way they are?<\/p>\n

Are we looking back saying, “if only I had taken another path”?<\/p>\n

Are we comparing ourselves to others, wondering why we haven\u2019t been as successful as them?<\/p>\n

Are we doubting how we raised our children?<\/p>\n

Are we down on ourselves because most of our lives we made up our own mind without seeking God\u2019s counsel?<\/p>\n

What we need to know today is that if we are a Christian, and we have made wrong decisions, it is never too late to get on the right path.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s right. We may not be able to go back and undo what we have done, but God, in His Mercy, will forgive us and help us to move forward and turn things around in the future.<\/p>\n

If today is a new beginning for us, let our past be our past, and now let us be ready to move forward with God\u2019s guidance.<\/p>\n

You will be Okay!<\/p>\n

Through prayer, reading His word, and drawing close to Him, He will meet us right where we are. He will draw near to us as we draw near to Him.<\/p>\n

He will guide us and lead us for the rest of our days.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t worry about the past. Let’s move forward by putting our focus on Him. Amen.<\/p>\n

Psalm 32:8 (NKJV) 8 I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye.<\/p>\n
