Isaiah 40:31 (NKJV) 31 But those who wait on the Lord \u00a0Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.<\/p>\n

Giants; we all have one in our life.<\/p>\n

If I asked you today what your number one problem is, I bet you\u2019d come up with something pretty quickly. We know what the giant is that we face.<\/p>\n

What is a giant? \u00a0A giant is big, strong, and scary. It\u2019s intimidating to us, and it keeps us in fear.<\/p>\n

There is something that is a constant battle for us all. Every day we face this giant; a weakness within us. Every day we work hard to rise above it.<\/p>\n

If we don\u2019t overcome the giant, it will destroy us.<\/p>\n

And yes, it may be a work in progress.<\/p>\n

You see, it takes time to overcome some weaknesses. It takes a constant willingness on our part to do whatever is required to build that muscle up by resisting the temptation.<\/p>\n

And overcoming some weaknesses doesn\u2019t necessarily happen all at once.<\/p>\n

Not fainting while doing so is big!<\/p>\n

We will win if we don\u2019t give up during the process. We will mount up with wings like eagles if we wait on the Lord. He will give us the strength we need to overcome any giant.<\/p>\n

Let us stand together and pray for each other, that we will overcome our weaknesses and slay that personal giant once and for all.<\/p>\n

Amen.<\/p>\n
