Ezekiel 1:3 (NKJV) 3 the word of the Lord came expressly to Ezekiel the priest, the son of Buzi, in the land of the Chaldeans by the River Chebar; and the hand of the Lord was upon him there.<\/p>\n

God still speaks to His children today.<\/p>\n

Sometimes He does so through His word. Other times while in prayer, and also through dreams and visions.<\/p>\n

The prophet Ezekiel heard and saw God through a vision, and His actual audible voice was heard.<\/p>\n

The hand of the Lord, meaning God\u2019s Spirit, came upon Ezekiel in a revelation. It was very strong and clear.<\/p>\n

Ezekiel found himself for 7 days after the vision just overwhelmed and astonished as a result of his encounter with God.<\/p>\n

Ezekiel 3:15 (NKJV) 15 Then I came to the captives at Tel Abib, who dwelt by the River Chebar; and I sat where they sat and remained there astonished among them seven days.<\/p>\n

God explained things to Ezekiel in detail and He gave him specific instructions.<\/p>\n

God will use us if we are willing to obey Him, and He will guide us in every step He has us take.<\/p>\n

Sometimes His tasks are very uncomfortable. They can be difficult and beyond what we ever thought or wanted to do.<\/p>\n

Isaiah 50:7 (NKJV) 7 \u201cFor the Lord God will help Me; Therefore I will not be disgraced; Therefore I have set My face like a flint, And I know that I will not be ashamed.<\/p>\n

We must set our face like a flint, obey Him, and give Him 100% of our attention and focus!<\/p>\n

Let the hand of the Lord come upon you. Amen.<\/p>\n
