Philippians 4:8 (NKJV) 8 Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy\u2014meditate on these things.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s so important to take control of our thoughts and the things that take up space in our heads and our hearts.<\/p>\n

If we are the type of person that likes to fix things, we will focus on finding the solution in everything we come across that is going wrong or looks as though it may <\/i>go wrong.<\/p>\n

We are motivated by problem solving, by finding answers for what we see happening. We try and come up with the every possible answer.<\/p>\n

When we focus on finding the solution to things we see that aren\u2019t right, it can cause us to stay in a constant negative outlook for everything.<\/p>\n

Just like anything we do on a regular basis, it will become part of us. And can change our character, and or person.<\/p>\n

Troubleshooters or problem solvers must remind themselves that even though this is part of our makeup, a piece of who we are, we need to remain balanced.<\/p>\n

At the end of the day, remember the things that God says to meditate on; it\u2019s surely not the problems. But to let what is praiseworthy have precedent over our thoughts!<\/p>\n
