Psalm 88:1-2 (NKJV) 1 O Lord, God of my salvation, I have cried out day and night before You. 2 Let my prayer come before You; Incline Your ear to my cry.<\/p>\n

Being able to go to God and talk to Him is an honor.<\/p>\n

Through Jesus Christ we may bring our requests to God.<\/p>\n

But are we asking according to His will?<\/p>\n

This is something that is critically important for us to know.<\/p>\n

There is a big difference between asking for the things we want or think <\/i>we need, and the things that He wants for us according to His will<\/i>.<\/p>\n

We can bet that He will hear us if we are obeying Him in our requests.<\/p>\n

1 John 5:14 (NKJV) 14 Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.<\/p>\n

Some may say, “how do we know what to ask for?”<\/p>\n

We must get the word of God in us. When we do this, we will begin aligning ourselves with Him. And our desires begin to change.<\/p>\n

Our hearts become one with Him, and we will begin asking for the things that are right for us.<\/p>\n

Maybe we are wondering why God is not answering us. We cry day and night, and we feel like He is not hearing us.<\/p>\n

Are we asking for those things according to His will, or are we asking for our own desires, the things we <\/i>think we need?<\/p>\n

We must find out what His will is for our situation and ask accordingly. When we do, He will hear us \ud83d\ude4f\ud83c\udffb<\/p>\n
