Proverbs 8:34 (NKJV) 34 Blessed is the man who listens to me, Watching daily at my gates, Waiting at the posts of my doors.<\/p>\n

Whose gates and doors are we spending all our time at?<\/p>\n

We choose the gate and we choose the doors. It\u2019s up to us whether we listen for God\u2019s wisdom or chase after the ways of the world.<\/p>\n

Chasing after worldly success will take up a lot of our time, mentally, and physically. It can be very stressful, and we can lose sight of God completely if we’re not careful.<\/p>\n

But being in God\u2019s word, listening, watching, paying attention, and taking it to heart, will give us a soundness of mind.<\/p>\n

There are blessings and joy when we actively seek God\u2019s wisdom. His word will bring rest to our weary soul. And it will guide us beside still waters.<\/p>\n

Psalm 23:2 (NKJV) 2 He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters.<\/p>\n

What will we chase after today?<\/p>\n

Will we go after God\u2019s wisdom? Or will we take the road of worldly success?<\/p>\n

We have control of the wheel. At any time we can change the course of our direction.<\/p>\n

Amen.<\/p>\n
