Psalm 34:15 (LSB) 15 The eyes of Yahweh are toward the righteous And His ears are open to their cry for help.<\/p>\n

Life in this human skin brings difficulties, trials, and seasons of change that test our faith.<\/p>\n

These kinds of things can sometimes cause us to want to throw our hands in the air and give up, walking away from everything thinking that this would somehow solve our problems.<\/p>\n

But perseverance is built through those very trials and difficult seasons.<\/p>\n

The eyes of God are toward the righteous!<\/p>\n

And as children of God, we are made righteous by the blood of Christ.<\/p>\n

We are not alone. Nor are we without help.<\/p>\n

Because of the righteousness we walk in by the blood of Christ, God\u2019s eye is on us.<\/p>\n

And what else?<\/p>\n

His ear is open to our cry for help!<\/p>\n

It is meant for us to persevere, to stand when we fail like we could faint, and run when we feel as though we can barely walk.<\/p>\n

Of course we can\u2019t do this by our own strength. Our flesh is weak. And it will fail if we allow it to dictate to us whether we give up or stand up.<\/p>\n

And it is for this reason that we must not live by that flesh, but by the power of the Holy Spirit living in us!<\/p>\n

He will hold us up just as Aaron and Hur held up the arms of Moses in the desert (Exodus 17:12), bringing victory to the Israelites.<\/p>\n

All we need to do is allow Him to!<\/p>\n

We encourage you today to stand in the face of whatever adversity you are facing.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t rely on your own strength. Rely on the strength of God within you!<\/p>\n
