Psalms 90:12 (NKJV) 12 So teach us to number our days, That we may gain a heart of wisdom.<\/p>\n

As I get older, I pay more attention to time.<\/p>\n

I ask myself throughout the day, am I making the most of my time today for the Kingdom of God?<\/p>\n

When it hits us that our time on this earth is short-lived, and that what we do here matters, we begin to get more serious about what we spend our time doing.<\/p>\n

This is not to say that we shouldn\u2019t rest or take a vacation from time to time. Not at all.<\/p>\n

But what we need to remember is that when the vacation or the rest is over, we need to get back into working diligently each day toward \u201ckingdom building”.<\/p>\n

How do we build<\/i> God\u2019s kingdom as a believer?<\/p>\n

1 Corinthians 3:10:11 (NKJV) 10 According to the grace of God which was given to me, as a wise master builder I have laid the foundation, and another builds on it. But let each one take heed how he builds on it. 11 For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ.<\/p>\n

Paul says it best; one lays the foundation, and another builds on it.<\/p>\n

One plants the seed, and another waters it.<\/p>\n

Many years ago, Pastor Curt worked with one particular person for some time, answering their questions, sharing different scriptures with them, etc.<\/p>\n

Then one day out of nowhere, I came along with this same person and led them to salvation. Praise be to God and His timing!<\/p>\n

One planted, one watered, and the harvest came!<\/p>\n

Amen. Another soul added to the kingdom that day!<\/p>\n

1 Corinthians 3:6 (NKJV) 6 I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the increase.<\/p>\n

As God\u2019s children, we work together in unity by the leading of the Holy Spirit.<\/p>\n

As we walk out our days, we must push off the distractions, the busyness, and the chaos. May our focus be on building God\u2019s kingdom, asking the Holy Spirit to lead us in this.<\/p>\n

Let it be a natural part of our daily walk.<\/p>\n

Matthew 28:19 (NKJV) 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit…<\/p>\n
