Jesus shows us by example what we are to do to demons. He does not let them speak!<\/p>\n
He doesn’t care that they know who He is… they are not to be heard. In other words, shut them up! How do we do this? Through the authority that Christ gave us as His children!<\/p>\n
If we have Christ in us, meaning we have received Him as our Lord and Savior, Christ’s authority lives in us!<\/p>\n
(Luke 10:19 NKJV)\u00a0 “Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you<\/span>.<\/p>\n Don’t be afraid to shut the demons up, cast them out, or rebuke them!<\/p>\n They have to listen, not to us, but the authority<\/i> that lives in<\/i> us through the name of Jesus Christ.
