(Prov 4:25 NKJV)\u00a0 Let your eyes look straight ahead, And your eyelids look right before you.<\/p>\n
There are so many different ways that wandering eyes can get us into trouble and lead us away from God\u2019s path for our lives.<\/p>\n
Sometimes we can let our eyes wander and look at things they\u2019re not supposed to look at, such as in the case of the opposite sex.<\/p>\n
Other times we can let our eyes wander and look at things that we don\u2019t have, such as in the case of envying someone or coveting a material item that belongs to someone else.<\/p>\n
And even worse, we can let our eyes wander and look at the things of the world in a desiring way, ignoring the things that God has already blessed us with.<\/p>\n
Any of these things can lead us away from God, causing division between us and Him.<\/p>\n
Keeping our eyes straight ahead, on the path in front of us is a good thing.<\/p>\n
