Proverbs 3:5 (NKJV) Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding;<\/p>\n
We touched on this verse about a month ago, but felt like it needed to be reiterated again today.<\/p>\n
There are so many things that we face in our lives. So many trials that pull on us and try to keep us down.<\/p>\n
It can be pretty tough to make sense of them sometimes. We try and try to wrap our heads around the things that happen, but nothing seems to make sense.<\/p>\n
But that’s OK!<\/p>\n
God isn’t bound by human understanding and human logic. He doesn’t have to fit in the box that we try to put Him in. Why? Because He’s God!<\/p>\n
Our human understanding is limited by what we know and what we understand. But God has no limits.<\/p>\n
So when we’re shaking our heads and wondering what’s next, instead of running around frantically, trying to put all of the logical pieces together, we need to let God put the pieces together for us.<\/p>\n
That doesn’t come easy most times. We have to fight our emotions and our logical thinking. But once we reach a point where we give up the fight with our minds and let God lead us, putting our trust wholly in Him, then we will have victory.<\/p>\n
Stay strong in Him.<\/p>\n
