1 Corinthians 10:31 (NKJV) 31 Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.<\/p>\n
Sometimes we forget Who we belong\u00a0to. We forget that we have been bought with the sacrifice that Jesus made on the cross.<\/p>\n
With our salvation comes an obligation. We are no longer our own. If we are a follower of Christ, we belong to the Father. We are His.<\/p>\n
Our lives need to reflect this fact. In\u00a0everything we do, we need to do it\u00a0for God’s glory. Our words and our actions need to bring the light of God into every situation.<\/p>\n
That’s a pretty tall order, isn’t it?<\/p>\n
But we\u00a0can\u00a0do it. God has equipped us with His spirit in us. His presence guides us in everything we do…\u00a0if\u00a0we let Him!<\/p>\n
Whether we’re at work, at school, in the store, on the road or at home, we need to do everything we do in a way that brings glory to God.<\/p>\n
It’s not always easy. It takes hard work and deliberate effort, but the more we do it, the easier it becomes. And, eventually, it becomes second nature.<\/p>\n
So as you go through your day today, whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.<\/p>\n
