1 Thessalonians 5:18 (NKJV) 18 in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.<\/p>\n
There are times when we just need to be thankful. Thankful for our health, even if we may have a lot of negatives regarding it; be thankful for the things that\u00a0are\u00a0working.<\/p>\n
Be thankful for our children, even if they may be going through some hard times. Be thankful for our parents, even if they don’t understand us. Be thankful for our job, even if it isn’t the pay or the position we wanted, etc.<\/p>\n
Being\u00a0consistently thankful will take being alert to\u00a0all\u00a0the things going on around us; the good and the not so good things.<\/p>\n
If we spend too much time and focus on the not so good, we will miss out on the good things that we could be enjoying while waiting for God to help us with the not so good things happening in our lives.<\/p>\n
Let’s not waste one minute of our lives\u00a0not\u00a0being thankful. God is so worthy of our thanks!<\/p>\n
