1 Corinthians 13:11 (NKJV) 11 When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child; but when I became a man, I put away childish things.<\/p>\n
Are we ready to put away the things that are pulling us back\u00a0instead of moving us forward? Those would be\u00a0things that we do at times that may cause others to look at us and say, “and they call themselves a Christian?”.<\/p>\n
Let God shine His light on those childish things that we continue in even though we know better. Maybe it’s the way we talk, or the way we carry ourselves when we get around certain people or the way we act when we are upset or angry.<\/p>\n
We are no longer considered children, but men and\u00a0women in Christ. We are ambassadors for Him.<\/p>\n
2 Corinthians 5:20 (NKJV) 20 Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ\u2019s behalf, be reconciled to God.<\/p>\n
It’s\u00a0\u00a0the beginning of a new day, the beginning of a new week and\u00a0we have a\u00a0fresh\u00a0start to put away those childish things.<\/p>\n
