1 Corinthians 13:4-7 (NKJV) 4 Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; 5 does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; 6 does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; 7 bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.<\/p>\n
In everything that we do, there is one motive that is pure; Love.<\/p>\n
Love can overcome racism, bigotry, sexism, greed, envy, adultery, anger, selfishness, poverty and so many other things that we wrestle with or are affected by in our lives.<\/p>\n
So much time and energy is wasted on trying to find solutions for many of life’s problems. But God has already shown us the right way… the Perfect way; Love.<\/p>\n
Love will always put others first. Love will cause us to reach out to others in need. Love will cause us to see past a person’s sin or shortcomings and give to them, even if they don’t deserve it.<\/p>\n
Love will keep us from judging someone based on their clothing, their attitude, their physical appearance, their race or their ethnicity.<\/p>\n
Love overcomes fear. Love overcomes doubt. Love overcomes suspicion. Love overcomes cynicism.<\/p>\n
If we could live our lives and leave only one thing behind as a legacy, let it be this; Love.<\/p>\n
1 Corinthians 13:13 (NKJV) 13 And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.<\/p>\n
