1 Corinthians 10:13 (NKJV) 13 No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Temptations come. But there is always a way to escape them.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

The key is that we have to want <\/em>to escape it. We have to want to do the right thing.<\/p>\n

There are some things we just simply love doing and this makes it\u00a0very\u00a0hard to turn away when we are tempted.<\/p>\n

The enemy sees our weaknesses. He will try to\u00a0torment\u00a0us with them.\u00a0When this is going on, there\u00a0is a constant battle going on inside of\u00a0us and it\u00a0can\u00a0wear on us. That is his plan, to get us so tired that we give up fighting and give in.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Don’t let this battle continue on. Go to your\u00a0Pastor or leader, prayer partner or someone you can trust, and let them know what is going\u00a0on.<\/p>\n

There\u00a0is nothing wrong with admitting that we are weak in an area. What is wrong, and can hurt us badly, is if we try to handle it on our\u00a0own,\u00a0we deny we have a weakness, or\u00a0we try to hide it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Cry out to God. His\u00a0Spirit\u00a0will go to battle for us\u00a0and help us get past it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Romans 8:26 (NKJV) 26 Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us\u00a0with groanings which cannot be uttered.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
