Knowing this\u00a0should\u00a0cause\u00a0us to\u00a0want to take our time and choose our words carefully and wisely.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>However, in the heat of the moment, sometimes we just want to blurt out what we&#8217;re thinking.\u00a0It takes\u00a0discipline and strength\u00a0when we are in this state of mind, to\u00a0pull back and remember\u00a0what God tells us to do in this situation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>James 1:19 (NKJV) 19 So\u00a0then, my\u00a0beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Taking\u00a0a few minutes\u00a0and giving\u00a0it some thought before saying something, especially if we are angry\u00a0or have a strong opinion about\u00a0something, can do a\u00a0&#8220;WORLD&#8221; of good\u00a0and can\u00a0bring\u00a0positive\u00a0insight and healing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p xml:lang=\"EN-US\">Pastor Curt &amp; Pastor Ellie<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p xml:lang=\"EN-US\">Seven Seas Ministries<br \/>\nP.O.
