Matthew 16:17\u00a0(NKJV)17 Jesus answered and said to him, \u201cBlessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but My Father who is in heaven<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

God\u00a0will reveal certain things to us at times that aren’t necessarily revealed to others. God is not untouchable,\u00a0unrelatable\u00a0or unreachable. He has a\u00a0One-on-one relationship with\u00a0those of\u00a0us who want it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

He will show us things\u00a0by His Spirit, giving\u00a0us knowledge and understanding of things\u00a0that we otherwise may not get\u00a0on our own.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

One of the things I struggle with is that when God reveals something to me\u00a0through His\u00a0Spirit, I can’t just run with it on my own.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

I had to learn that what\u00a0is\u00a0revealed\u00a0by the\u00a0Spirit,\u00a0I need\u00a0to\u00a0further\u00a0seek\u00a0guidance as to how to see it through or what to do with it. I have to ask Him, “is there something on my end I may need to do? What\u00a0step do I\u00a0take\u00a0to see it through, etc.?”.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

I learned that I need to wait for God’s response and if there is NO response, then I just need to sit tight and let Him move in whatever way He desires, in His <\/em>timing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Be patient. God will reveal things through His Spirit\u00a0and give us direction\u00a0as we seek Him.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
